Seaprime Marine Management Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in 2006 in Mumbai, India's maritime capital, with a primary focus on provision of high-end Crew manning and Ship Management services worldwide.
Today, the company is globally recognized as a niche provider of tailored crew recruitment, management, and training services. Seaprime is approved by the Director General of Shipping, Government of India, under license number RPSL No. MUM-360.
We supply operators, owners, and managers around the world with skilled, competent marine personnel. We coordinate all joining, logistics, vetting, and certification details to ensure seamless transitions for ocean vessels.

- Sailing/Shore Exp: 20+ Years in shipping sector
- Specialization: Financial risk analysis, quality control management, and corporate strategy.
Nirvay Kumar Singh
- Qualification: M.Com
- Sailing/Shore Exp: 21+ Years in shipping sector
- Specialization: Ship operations management, logistics coordination, and crew manning operations.
Capt. Amjad Husain Niral
More than 20 years of sailing experience, including 4 years of command experience as Master onboard all kinds of oil tankers, mostly VLCCs. Capt. Niral brings extensive expertise in technical ship management, operations, major engine repairs, dry-docking coordination, and compliance.
Technical & Operations Managers
Our technical superintendents and HESQ officers monitor vessels 24/7 to maintain high safety indexes.
Capt. Imdad Hajwane
Over 27 years in marine operations, specializing in HSEQ, SIRE vetting, and tanker safety audits. Served as command Master onboard VLCC/Chemical tankers and Cargo Superintendent for SBM Offshore.

Having 25 years of high-quality tanker shipping experience, with 22 years sailing (including 8 years as Chief Engineer onboard Crude Oil, Product, and Chemical Tankers). Murad has worked as a fleet manager for major ship owners, specializing in technical management, dry-docking repairs, and specialized class projects.
Capt. Rupesh Nair
More than 20 years of sailing experience, including 8 years of command experience on oil tankers. Capt. Nair specializes in navigating complex ports, crew deployment, cargo logistics, and ensuring safe operations across various trade routes.
